Hello Everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

We had a busy day in 1st Grade.

We learned about -ng and-nk digraphs, read the books The Relatives Came and Owl Moon (both are personal narratives), we completed their letters to a special person, reviewed tens and ones, subtracted using a number line, discussed the Baptism of the Lord (yesterday's feast day), and talked about New Year Resolutions.

Today's HW is:

   Spelling-words 3 times

   Math-wkbk p. 38

   Reading-read word list U2-L11 lines 1-6
