March
27 Friday
Good
morning!
Please
email me by 10:00AM so I can take and submit attendance.
Let’s
begin our day with prayer.
Please
say an Our Father and a Hail Mary. If you have any special intentions please
follow with the Glory Be to the Father.
Please
say the Pledge of Allegiance.
Sunday
is the Fifth Sunday of Lent. We left our Lenten Path paper in school, but you
can still try to think of something special/extra to do each day. Make you own
Lenten path on a piece of paper or in your HW book. (Try to do something special
for Mom and Dad this weekend. Things like giving extra hugs, putting away toys
without being told, setting the table, there are lots of other things you can
do. They are doing so much for you these days.)
Father
Anthony was in a Zoom meeting with the teachers and he is very excited that
they are showing The Mass from St. Joseph’s Church online. Please look at the
website www.sjcnj.org for information about
this weekend. It is another way we can be united in prayer.
Have
an amazing day!

*please

have to do all the words on the list; you can ask them 5 and they can ask you
5, I would try to use these words: we, she, go, hi, he)
Prefixes
(re- and un-)
Explain
to your child:
*a
prefix is added to the front of a word
*you
can change the mean of a word by adding a prefix
*the
prefix ‘un-‘ means NOT, so if you add ‘un-‘ to the word ‘well’ you get ‘unwell’
which means not well
*the
prefix ‘re-‘ means AGAIN, so if you add ’re-‘ to the word ‘do’ you get ‘redo’
which means do again
