Hi Everyone,

It was so good to see you last night.( I know many parents were in other classrooms for older children. I sent home the papers I gave out last night for you.)

Your children really enjoyed your notes. ( If you weren't able to be here I wrote a note to your child.)  

Today was a great day. Everyone was really participating and following directions!

We:

   *read and wrote short a words

   *solved word problems and found extra information that we didn't need to answer the question

   *used a part-part-whole workmat and counters to solve addition problems

   *had a terrific World Language lesson with Senora Alise

   *talked about God's creations

   *some students went to music lesson

   *saw some fantastic Show and Tell items
